Security-related issues may be sent to the private list opensmtpd@opensmtpd.org which is read only by the OpenSMTPD developers. It is not appropriate for general enquiries, see below for more appropriate places fo those.

General purpose discussions, issues, ideas and ideas may be discussed on our misc@opensmtpd.org list. The list is not moderated, however registration is required.
The list is NOT opened to the public yet ;-)
